My work starts with the question behind the screen: what does this person need to understand, decide or do next?

That matters most in products with complex workflows, dashboards or operational data. It's easy to show everything. The harder, more useful work is deciding what deserves attention, what needs context and what should disappear.

Over the last few years I've worked on R&D and proof-of-concept initiatives for workforce analytics products, taking ideas from discovery through validation. Some concepts moved forward into product. Others were stopped early because testing showed they weren't the right fit. Both outcomes are part of good design work.

I'm comfortable moving between research, facilitation, interaction design, design systems, prototyping and delivery. I use Figma for the thinking, then work closely with AI-assisted tools to turn ideas into code-based prototypes — real enough to test, discuss and hand off.
